We know it’s difficult and that it can be daunting for you and your family.
BenefitsWise is not a charity and we do charge a fee for our services, but you don’t pay anything unless your application for a particular benefit is successful. Your needs and the needs of your family are at the centre of everything that we do.
BenefitsWise was established by our Managing Director, Liz McCullough. Liz had worked for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) for more than 26 years and could see a real need for a very specialist service that takes people through the complex benefits system.
The benefits system is very difficult to understand and a lot of detailed knowledge and experience is needed to ensure that people apply for everything that they are entitled to and that they fill the forms in correctly. Liz could see first-hand the stress that the process places on applicants and their families.
